How Can Fatigue Be Treated?

Hello, I have been recovering from the flu. Fever is gone and most everything seems to be back to normal except that my energy level is so low. I am exhausted just after doing simple chores. Is this normal and what should I do to get my energy level back to normal? I am 46, male.

Hello,

Yes, it is all normal response. Since, you had flu and recovering from that, mediators in the body might still be there causing you fatigue and there may be a nutritional deficiency which needs to be treated.

You take care of your diet chart and eat good food with lots of nuts, fruits, and milk with protein powders, avoid oily foods and fried, eat fresh and healthy fruits and vegetables for snacks.

Drink green tea which will help your well-being. Also, drink warm water with honey and lemon daily morning which will help you in the long go. Do exercise for half an hour a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
