How Can Fatigue Due To Hypothyroidism Be Treated?

i 29 yrs, (female) suffering from hypothyroidism since 2 years & the level varies. at first tsh level was 23. after having thyrorm 100mg it came 0.6. after that the doc suggested me to take 50 mg for 3 months & now it came 9.33.. can i take 75 mg now.. & moreover all the day i feel lethargy & very much unwilling to do any work and feel irritated in all situations & feel to sleep all the time. can i take amway daily tablet to reduce my lethargy prob.?

Ideal TSH level should be around 2.5 mIU/L. Your current TSH level is still high and require an increase in Thyronorm dosage.
Please be advised to follow-up with your treating physician to increase the dose of Thyronorm.
