How Can Fatty Liver Be Treated?

sir i am 45 years old women i have fatty liver grade 2 two yrs back which is now redused to grade 1st ,i am energy less ,high bp,high cholestrol,tg,and depressed also,i have also removed my uterus 2 yrs back...ultrasound shows normal size of liver with coarse texture..sgot 100 sgpt 124.

Hi,

Noted you have diagnosed fatty liver. Here continue regular exercise as you are doing continued.
* Take low fat diet
* Excess fried food avoided
* Trans fat like junk food , meat avoided
* Alcohol not taken....kept alcoholic intake very minimum
* Green leafy vegetables taken..like
-arugula
-dandelion
-spinach
-Brussels sprout etc.
Fruits more.

Some good food can be taken like:
-carrot
-lemon
-beet roots
-Indian gooseberry
-grape fruit juice etc.

You can take Udiliv tablet. After 2 to 3 month repeat liver enzymes test with USG.
