How Can Fatty Liver Be Treated?

hello doctor.... im 34 yrs old male from philppines... i have fatty liver and my sgpt was 112u/l... i take my medicine urzomax twice a day as the dr. prescription, i take it for two months and now my sgpt down to 57.9u/l... but still my fatty liver was not cure what can i do?

Hi,

I understand your concern.

Your SGPT is high 112 u/l due to fatty liver. Urzomax will help treat fatty liver with good results as SGPT has gone down to 57.9 u/l.

You should continue taking Urzomax for a bit longer.
However, it won't do the whole work for you. Should continue changes in your diet and lifestyle regimen:
- avoid alcohol/oily/spicy/processed foods
- eat more fresh foods rich in anti-oxidants
- consult with your doctor to start silymarin supplement to help protect your liver
- be more physically active

You are on the right way. Keep doing these changes and take meds as prescribed by your doctor. Keep regular follow ups with your doctor.
