How Can Fatty Liver Be Treated?

Hi, can you cure fatty liver in someone who is responsibly slim, but has binge drank at weekends for years , plus has a a hiatus hernia and polyp on my Gall Bladder. Is this all caused by drink, or the Lanzoprozole antacid tablets that I have to take daily. Many thanks Steven H
