How Can Feet And Hands Tingling With Headache Be Treated?

I've permanently got pins and needles in both feet and both hands and the only thing that stops my headache is the ibuprofen I take for arthritis.What's the score?Have been to hospital. Blood pressure, liver and kidney function all fine as is white blood cell count.
