How Can Feet Pain Due To Excessive Weight Be Treated?

hi, im an 18 year old whose 300 lb. i had recently gained 30 pounds in the past year from inactivity. i wanted to start working out again but every time i run my feet hurt to the point where i cannot run anymore. how long will this go on and what can i do to stop this pain altogether?
