How Can Feet Pain With Toes Tingling Sensations And Numbness Be Treated?

the tops of my feet have been hurting quite badly for the past several weeks, I wear workboots for the past 15 years at work. i am 37 years old and dont have any underlying health issues. I have tingling sensations and some numbness in two toes, It is most painful when waking up and first walking upeight.
