How Can Fetal Growth Be Improved During Pregnancy?

I am 38 weeks pregnant and US showed it as 35 weeks 3 days my Doctor gave me Aminofit 1 tab everyday. My Fluid is 16 cm should I be worried.Is there any abnormalities with 16 cm AFI in 38 weeks How to increase fetal growth now as my due date is just 2 weeks after

Hi I think your fluid level is normal. You have not mentioned the weight of the baby. In last trimester, ultrasound can show a variation of 3 to 4 weeks in gestation age. So, if baby weight is fine and all parameters like femur length, biparietal diameter, abdominal circumference are corresponding and weight is above 2.5 kg, it is finr. Otherwise you should go for a umbilical artery Doppler to see the flow of blood to the baby. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
