How Can Fever Along With Cold And Cough Be Treated?

Hello, I had a cold last month, had a fever, congestion and cough. After a couple of days the fever was gone and I had a persistent cough that would keep me up at night. I had lost my voice, and its been a month now and although I don t have to cough as much, i still do and my voice is still not back to its normalcy. I was told it could be post nasal drip. But I have never had this happen to me before. It does concern me, since I am a singer and can t sing as I used to do to this. What can I do to get better?
