Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be viral upper respiratory tract infection like influenza infection. For that Symptomatic management should be done. Your Auscultation should be done to heard any rhonchi if present. You can be prescribed levocetirizine and vitamin C for five days. Avoid excess spicy foods. Drink more water and take fruits like orange, blueberry, and guava et cetera.

If no improvement than CBC and chest x-ray needed

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
