How Can Fever Along With Cough And Cold Be Treated?

My son is 3.6 yrs old and is been running with fever around 99.5 to 100.5 from 3 days and he has a cold and bad cough and wheezing. He generally get wheezing when he has cough i am giving his inhaler and Tylenol but once the Tylenol effect goes he gets back the fever What should I do ?

he needs a workup done. see a doctor .. he might be suffering from lower respiratory tract infection and maybe in need of antibiotics. don't take risk in case of small children.
