How Can Fever Along With Cough And Stomach Upset Be Treated?

Hello, my name is Roland. My wife has a temperature ranging from 101.6 to currently 102.9 F and does exhibit coughing or upset stomach issues. We both have had the flu shot and she takes Metformin for diabetes. Do most of the flu symptoms need to be present to have the flu?

Hello,

I suggest you take T.Paracetamol drug TDS (thrice daily after food) for three days to reduce the temperature. Also, take syrup Diphenhydramine for a bad cough takes for three days.

If symptoms did not subside, then it is advisable to consult a physician to take antibiotic/antiviral medications. Not all flu symptoms can be flu, but flu can be spread easily by air route.
