How Can Fever Along With Headaches And Joint Pain Be Treated?

I have been dealing with a severe sinus antiviotics..quit running fever, severe headaches, aches and pains in joints, head muscles and sunus, just had sinus surgery..removed right memebrane cleaned out bacterial infection..blockage was seen on cat scan 1-1/2 years ago at hospital when I was sent to for treatment of a severe infection..hospital said I had a contaminated blood work..never was treated..but saw told I had a sinus infection, which was actually a blockage..given antibiotic for twoweeks, still having same issues with pain and tenderness in different areas of head and sinus..Dr didn t to give more antibiotics..doing antibiotic rinse next week..concerned about my immune system having been colonized and getting this cleared up?
