How Can Fever Along With Throat Infection And Leg Pain Be Treated?

I have fever for past 18 hours , suddenly felt throat infection and I got severe fever , heavy leg pain . I had dolo 650 and I felt okay in 30 mins then again after 10 hours I am facing the same problem with head ache and eye irritation . Even after taking Dolo 650 leg pain remains same .Any suggestions?
