How Can Fever And Chills Be Treated?

I have had a fever for four days. the fever start about four in the afternoon. Starts with cold chill and is about 99.9/ Then as the evening goes on it keeps rising 101.1 to 103.3/ Breaks about four in the morning. And starts up again the next day, today is the 5 th day. I have no other symptoms.

it's a viral infection. treatment is symptomatic. ibuprofen and/or paracetamol.....fluids....rest.....it should be over tomorrow,or day after..
