How Can Fever And Cold Which Persists Be Treated?
Gud afternoon Dr. Mohammad Ali from delhi. Dear Sir, I have a fever with cold since three days. I have taken tablet relief only half an hour after that Fever begin again. I think it s a typhoid could I take some Tablets for typhoid I have use these tablet before two months ago. Tablet was good for typhoid:- 1. Zo 400 2. Famocid Calpol for fever Rgds, Mohammad Ali

Typhoid would cause a fever but would not cause cough and cold symptoms. It would be associated with diarrhea, loss of appetite in addition to aches and pains, headache and fatigue.
You can use over the counter cough and cold medications to help with your symptoms.
Paracetamol would help with the fever and any aches and pain.
The typhoid medication would not be appropriate for the cold.

you can take the above antibiotic course for 15days and tab dolo650 or colpol till fever persists. take plenty of fluids 3-4litres of water per day and fruit juices.typhoid causing bacteria spread through contaminated milk and milk products so avoid these foods from outside . use home foods. maintain hygiene. Repeat Widal test after 6weeks.if your titres still remain high consult your doctor . Thank you
