How Can Fever And Fatigue Be Treated?

Hello, I have a temp of 100 (oral). I feel week and achy but not extremely. I am also a type 1 diabetic, 57 years of age and male. Under VERY good control and note overweight. from the charts, I should not take anything (under 100.4). I will monitor closely, but may I skip aspirin of other? Thank you.

hi sir,acetaminophen 500mg every 6th hourly is recommended for fever.it is safe drug in diabetics and old age.it also decreases body aches.aspirin is your choice and you need not avoid taking it unless you are suffering from any bleeding disorders,active bleeding from gut.there are no known interactions between aspirin and acetaminophen. hope my answer is clear. if you have any further queries please let me know. thank you sir . take care bye.
