hello,
i can understand ypur concern.
liver enzymes are raised. most probably you are having a case of viral hepatitis mostly A or E. this leads to fever and and other symptoms.
you will have to get a screen for hepatitis virus to rule out hep b and c.
the treatment is usually symptomatic with fevr reduction and take lots of fluids. reduce fat intake, eat easily digestible foods.totally abstain from consuming alcohol

get a repeat platelet count and liver function test in vouple of days.

hope this helps. have a speedy recovery
