How Can Fever And Nasal Congestion Be Treated?

I have had a cold for over two weeks. I have not taken any meds other than baby aspirin and my cholesterol and BP meds as well as my allergy meds for cedar fever (Fluticasone Nasal Spray). Is ther a low dose med that will help dry up my congestion without raising my BP and making me bounce of the walls? Thank You

Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

Some advice that I can give you are:

1) Warm compression. Use a warm compress over the nose.
2) Use a humidifier at home.
3) Take warm showers.
4) Stay hydrated.
5) Use a saline spray.
6) Use Paracetamol 500 mg for the fever.

Hope this clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
