How Can Fever And Sore Throat In An Infant Be Treated?
My baby 13 months old ... she has fever 3 days ago ,today is the fourth day .there were no other symptoms .but sore throat started today. Her body temperatur=38.5 c comes down then return to 38.5 by cetal 120 suppositories intake There is something else annoying me ,I saw fat globules or fat segments in her urine today. What it does mean? What I have to do?

I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below:
1) Add [AB-CEF SYR dry syrup] 8 mg/kg per day or two divided doses
2) Add [A-125 oral susp] three times per day
3) Drink sufficient water, complete full course of antibiotics
