How Can Fever Be Treated?

Hi, my 14 year old son was out with a group of friends last night and tonight he is running a fever. He was in a group text with those same kids and mentioned that he didn t feel well and was running a fever all of those same kids said they are also running a fever. (About a half a dozen kids). Should I be concerned?

hello, this fever might be flu fever, which is viral in nature and spreads easily. so you don't have to worry, just observe your kid and give Tab paracetamol and plenty of fluids.
