Hello there. I have read through your question and would like to tell you that meftal spas contain s Dicyclomine which is used in abdominal colic pain. It won't help to reduce temperature. You should give him Dolopar 125 syrup which contains Paracetamol. It has to be given thrice in a day and the dose depends on your child's weight. You can consult that with your paediatrician. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
