How Can Fever In An Infant Be Treated?

My baby is 21 months old. Since yesterday night she is suffering from fever. At 9pm today I have her paracetamol. At 1.30 temperature raise to 102.so I have her meftal 2.5ml. my baby weight is around 11kg. After 1hr I checked temperate is still 101.3. how long it will take to reduce temperature?

Hello. You can wait up to 2-3hrs for the temperature to reduce. In the meanwhile you can do tepid sponging to help with the fever. Check her temperature in 3hrs. If still not reduced, take her to the casualty.
