How Can Fever, Uterus Problems And Irregular Periods Be Treated?

my mother is suffering from fever since last two days ..... the temprature in night remains 102-103 while in day its normal or below around 98 she is also sufferning frm uterus problems after around 6 month she was having her periods....the blood tests were normal n test for typhiod was negative plz help
