How Can Fever, Vomiting And Appetite Loss Be Treated?

Good day, my daughteris vomiting curdled milk. She does not want to eat or drink any more than 2 ounces of pedialyte. She is very cranky and either lays down or sits up, nothing more. I just want to know if i can put her on formula and what i may give her for the fever that comes and goes. She throws the medicine right back up. This is the first day. Yesterday she ate very little, and would cry every chance she got. I believe it is related to her teething right now.
