How Can Fever While Breastfeeding Be Treated?

I m breastfeeding my baby Now. Have a fever at night for 2 nights but temp drops at daytime. Also got a bit coughing but not very serious. I saw the dr and he gave me the following pills: 1. Europain 500mg tab 2. Wincou 8mg 3. Cetirizin stada 10mg 4. Eurozyme 30mg 5. Cocillana syrup Actually should I take them all with my above symptom? Thanks
