How Can Fibromyalgia And Hypertension Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed with RA and Fibromyalgia and high blood pressure and cholesterol asthma about 3 years ago and I have been diagnosed full blown Diabetic type 2 about 5 years ago. I m 44 year old female my rheumatologist got me taking Actemra 400mg Iv infusions every 4 weeks. I started this drug 4 months ago. Previously I was on Remicaid Infusions for 6 months it not work on my body because I continued to get painful inflammations. With these infusions I was and still taking Methotrexate 5 pills1 time out of every week and folic acid daily. With this I also was taking Plaqunel 200 mg 1 tab 2 times daily. Meloxican 15 mg 1 tab everyday. My Fibromyalgia I was given Cymbalta 60 Mg and Lyrica100 mg. And blood pressure meds as well. The problem I m starting to experience heavy chest I started to develope a cough when 1 month ago sick from my kids who were fighting a ugly flu. It took me 2 weeks to recover but ever since my cough has not went away it s been a month now and I m starting to experience pain in my abdomen left side upper mid area I went to my diabetic doctor he suggest we do some blood work I got a call and I was told my liver was inflamed not huge but it shown inflamation. The problem is im also experiencing fatigued and coughing daily short breathe and painful joints And now I m developing fire like stinging pain with my joint pain. Any opinions would help thank you

Hi,

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

The hypertension is not related to fibromyalgia.

You can try analgesics like Ibuprofen or Tramadol for symptomatic relief.
