How Can Finger Pain With Swelling And Hardness Be Treated?

i got in a fight and punched the guy in the forehead after the fight i checked my knuckles and the pinky one in my right hand hurt alot and is kinda swollen but not soft it looks like if it moved back a little idk its weird its been hurting for like about 3 weeks
