How Can Finger Swelling And Pain Due To Trauma Be Treated?

Hi, i accidentally got poked by a safety pin 3 days back. 2 days back, there was no pain, bleeding or any other effect. Until yesterday, my finger start to hurt badly and today, it started to swell with the pain getting worse. Is there any way i can heal it fast?
