How Can Flatulence Be Treated?

Hi I am going to be 60 years old. I have gas all the time that is just really bad smelling. I work out 5 days a week and try to eat a healthy diet. I thought I was lactose intolerant but noticed that it doesn t matter what I eat. I have always been full fast and food stays with me a long time, I am always talking about my stomach. It s worse in the last few months. please help
