How Can Flu And Typhoid Infection Be Treated?

Hello Sir, I am Jehangir from pakistan. I am suffering from flu since last two months. I used different medicines for it. Yesterday i met a Medical Specialist. He suggested me tests for MP and Typhidot. MP was negative but Typhidot Igg and Igm both are positive. He gave me the following medicines. My question is that: are these medicines sufficient to treat my both long-term flu and typhoid? 1) Methylprednisolone Acetate (2 injections) 2) Ceftriaxone (5 injections course) 3) Piroxicam-Beta-Cyclodextrin (20mg) 4) Fexofenadine HCL (60mg) Should i proceed with the medication?
