As per your query your mother suffering from fluid in ears which seems you have ear infection which seems to be due to fungal infection, wax build up, fluid accumulation, and eustachian tube dysfunction. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles and take steam inhalation twice a day. Apply warm dry compresses to external ear. Consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may examine by otoscope to check level of infection. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin at least for a week along with decongestants. Put Otogesic ear drops. You should go for audiometer testing as well to check hearing level.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
