Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There is posterior bulge of the L4-L5 disc in your lower back area and is causing impingement of nerves and pressure on the nerves. There is mild spinal canal stenosis. The pressure is severe, needs to be released by doing a surgery. Otherwise physiotherapy can help decrease the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
