hello doc. i ate fish and rice last night. and in the the mid night i had severe vomiting, perhaps the food i ate was not good. then i took pantop D. i had pantin also but its date had expired. what do you think, should i go on with pantop d, if yes how to take it? if no then what to do

First aviod to eat expose food also drink boil watrr and take tab cipro in bd and tab risek omeprazole in bd 5 day
