How Can Food Poisoning Be Treated?

On Dec. 3rd, I ate something that gave me food poisoning. I have suffered pain in my stomach and also in my intestines since then. I think I need to see a doctor but not sure what kind. I have tried Zantac, Gas-X, Tums, and even aspirin but only found brief relief.

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Avoid solid foods until vomiting ends. Then eat light, bland foods, such as saltine crackers, bananas, rice, or bread.
-Sipping liquids may help avoid vomiting.
-Don't eat fried, greasy, spicy, or sweet foods.
-Don't take anti-nausea or anti-diarrhea medication.
