How Can Foot Swelling And Discoloration With Pain Be Treated?

hi, i fell badly off the bus two days ago went to the ER immediately but after 5 hours of waiting i went home next morning i tried walking to scholl but the pain was unbearable and i hopped back home.now my foot is swollen (not that much though) itlooks a bit wonky, and the pain comes and goes even if i am just sitting is it sparained? should i go back to the ER? the thing is i am 15 and my dad (single parent)has to go to court i ahve no other family what should i do i have an exam tomorrow
