How Can Foreskin Blackening And Raised Spots With Pain Be Treated?

Hello, recently, I have noticed a blackish red area on the inside of my foreskin. The area is slightly raised, has small white spots on it, and is painful when touched. I have not had any sexual activity before, so I am confused and worried about what this is.

It can be caused due to reduced blood supply to penis and infection. Take penis Doppler test and antibiotics.
