How Can Foul Body Odor While Suffering From Chronic Eczema Be Treated?

Hi, i hope so. I am 41yr old male with a very severe case of eczema. Very very dry rough skin that smells. Use lots of Vaseline and lotions. Skin has finally slowed on scaling when i walk,/move. Now starting smell, what do i do to help the now noticeable smell?
