How Can Foul Odor In The Groin Area Be Eliminated?

HI Doctor, I am obese and I a very foul smell comes from my groin area.I wash with soap and dry the area after each bath but the smell is very foul, I feel others may be feeling it also.I always wear freshly washed cloths and do not repeat them till the next wash. MY underwear is Frienchy

This is due to sweating. This is normal and everyone sweats.
Advice
1.     Avoid strenuous activity
2.     Keep your groin area clean and dry
3.     Apply ketoconazole dusting powder
4.     Take high protein diet such as eggs and cheese to boost immunity
5.     Do not take much mental stress as any kind of mental stress also causes excessive sweating
6.     Trim hairs of your groin area
7.     Bath two times daily with good quality soap
8.     For smell, use over the counter deodorant after taking bath
9.     Lose weight by diet and exercise
10.     Avoid coffee and smoking
11.     Adopt natural ways of gaining weight
12.     Exercise – start workout in gym at least for half an hour for 4 – 5 days in a week regularly. start with a balanced mix of cardio, weight training and flexibility exercises
13.     Avoid eating high energy foods such as cakes, chocolates, chips
