How Can Frequent UTI Along With Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I am having UTI symptoms (frequent urination, bladder pressure, burning and/or tingling when bladder has emptied. I have also had some left back flank pain, and dull aching in my abdomen. Urinalysis did not reveal any indication of UTI (other than glucose in my urine, which prompted a finger prick to check for diabetes, which was normal). I am currently taking Phenazopyrid, and Cephalexin (500mg). My question is whether or not I should see a Urologist right away, or finish meds, then see a Urologist? (FYI, I am 60 Years old, female, in excellent health, exercise regularly, with no history of chronic UTI’s nor kidney issues).

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor[Urologist] and to confirm do [Cystoscopy]

Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this -

1)Drink plenty of liquids, especially water.

2)Urinate frequently. If you feel the urge to urinate, don't delay using the toilet.

3)Wipe from front to back after a bowel movement. This prevents bacteria in the anal region from spreading to the vagina and urethra.

4)Take showers rather than tub baths. If you're susceptible to infections, showering rather than bathing may help prevent them.

5)Gently wash the skin around the vagina and anus. Do this daily, but don't use harsh soaps or wash too vigorously. The delicate skin around these areas can become irritated.

6)Avoid using deodorant sprays or feminine products in the genital area. These products can irritate the urethra and bladder.
