How Can Frequent Coughing Spells Be Diagnosed And Treated?

I am experiencing an upset stomach or digestive issues after regular meals particularly lunch and dinner; I am a type II diabetic on insulin; I sometime have a pain under my right breast. I also, have a developed cough of about 3 years that is worse around allergy season but I cough not surrounding sinus drainage or tickle in my throat. I can be sitting, bending over or just start coughing for no reason. When I am coughing I get hot, sweaty, feels like I am going to gag or vomit and sometimes during the coughing spell I release urine or have a or feels like I have to have a bowel movement.

Hello,

Consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated. Most probably it can be allergic cough. As of now you can take antihistamines like Pheneramine for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
