I have a fungus on my finger I’m assuming I tried clipping my skin underneath my nail with a used nail clipper shortly after I noticed my finger was swollen after cutting the nail down I noticed discoloration on the skin underneath it’s green and blister like

i can understand your concern.
it is most probably ingrown nail leading to infection.
Do warm water compresses.
A course of antibiotic like augmentin would be required for five days.
if pus is present, it will have to drained by a doctor.
