How Can Fungal Skin Infection On The Body Be Treated?

I have a skin problem. I went to a doctor and he told me I have a fungus that is all over my body. It looks like ringworm. He gave me an antifungal cream and a prescription for Keflex. That was 2 weeks ago and it didn t work. What should I do and is their anything that I can do on my own?
