Hello dear,my name is dr,Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
The goal of treatment during pregnancy is to reduce the symptoms and complications, and then treat the disease itself after pregnancy.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-change your diet and eat fewer fatty foods.
-Regular exercise can also be helpful.
Given the risks, any surgery during pregnancy is generally avoided. If it is nessesary you should visit a surgeon.
Hope my answer was helpful,if you have any other question I will be glad to answer, thanks!
I find this answer helpful
