How Can Ganglion Cyst Be Treated?

I had a ganglion cyst aspirated last year it has grown back next to where it was and the Mark where I had it done has now developed spots of blood that has filled the Mark I also have carpel tunnel which I'm waiting for a nerve conduction test I get alot of pain and pins and needles in my fingers I'm having the cyst removed but worried about the blood
