How Can Gastritis And Anemia Be Treated?
I ve been diagnosed with gastritis and anemia. I have been put on omeprazole 40 mg/day and ranitidine 150 mg twice a day. Last night I couldn t sleep because my arms and hands kept tingling like when they aren t getting any blood flow. It was strongest on the pinky sides of my hands. If I was on my back, it was on both sides or it was on the side I was lying on. Is this a side effect of one of the medications or something else?

What is your hemoglobin level and since how long you are having gastritis? Because stomach is having co-factor for B12.
If you are having gastritis then it may be possible that this deficiency is leading to B 12 deficiency anemia which is causing the tingling sensation.
