How Can Gastroenteritis Along With Abdominal Cramps Be Treated?
I was in the ER last week, eventually diagnosed with gastroenteritis with liquid around my gallbladder (but no stones/inflammation). I was in there for severe upper stomach cramping, more on the middle/right side, vomiting, diarrhea. I was unable to eat for 4 days, but now, whenever I eat, over a week later, I get the same stomach cramps, especially after greasy/heavy foods. The rest of the time, it feels like bad acid reflex. Could it having anything to do with my gallbladder or is my stomach still just healing?

Hi,
Consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound scan done. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
