How Can Goiter Or Colloid Adenoma Be Best Treated?

Hi! just wanna know if what would be the best treatment for the goiter or thyroid/colloid adenoma if it's 4.3 cm already base on the ultrasound result?can still be cure through medications or do i really have to undergo a surgery already?neck & throat surgeon(ENT) or go for an endocrinologist?
