How Can Gonorrhea Be Treated?

I got a std test at the heath department i had uti symptoms but had a new partner while waitting on my results i when to the hospital and they said i had a uti so i have been on cephalexin my results came in and i have gonorrhea so im going tomarrow gor treatment but will the treatment be affective even with me being on cephalexin i stopped when i found out i took one this morning and i havent takin no more

Treatment of STI is with 250mg of intramuscular ceftriaxone and 1g of oral azithromycin. Taking a single dose of Cephalexin will not interfere with STI treatment.
